Not Financial, Investment, Tax, Legal, Insurance, or Other Professional Advice. The content on this page and throughout CashQuest Kids and FlexLifeFI (collectively, “the Sites”) is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Sites is financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, accounting, or other professional advice, and nothing should be relied upon as such.
No Advisor-Client or Fiduciary Relationship. Use of the Sites does not create an advisor-client, broker-dealer, attorney-client, agent-principal, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Sites, their owners, hosts, contributors, or any affiliated parties. We are not your financial adviser, registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, CPA, tax preparer, attorney, insurance agent, or representative of any kind.
Every Situation Is Different. Individual circumstances vary widely. Laws, regulations, tax treatment, insurance requirements, and best practices differ by state, locality, country, and over time. Information accurate today may be outdated tomorrow. Examples used on the Sites are illustrative only and may not apply to your situation. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Forward-looking projections are estimates, not promises.
Consult a Licensed Professional. Before making any financial, investment, tax, insurance, business, legal, retirement, or estate decision, consult a qualified, licensed professional in your jurisdiction who can review your specific facts and circumstances. Do not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content on the Sites without first obtaining appropriate professional advice.
No Warranty · Use at Your Own Risk. The Sites and their content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sites, their owners, and their contributors disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content on the Sites.
Curriculum Note. CashQuest Kids curricula (including the K–12 World of Business curriculum) are not approved or accredited by any state department of education and are not a substitute for state-mandated coursework. They are supplemental educational resources for homeschool, after-school, family learning, and teacher-chosen enrichment.
Adults Only May Sign Up · 18+ Required. CashQuest Kids and FlexLifeFI (collectively, “the Sites”) are intended for use by parents, legal guardians, teachers, homeschool educators, and other adults aged 18 or older. Only parents or legal guardians who are at least 18 years of age may register for an account, subscribe to our email list, purchase a membership, download a resource, submit a form, or otherwise transact with the Sites. Minors may not sign up, create accounts, submit personal information, or initiate purchases on the Sites under any circumstances.
We Do Not Knowingly Collect Personal Information From Children or Minors. In compliance with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506, and the FTC’s COPPA Rule at 16 CFR Part 312, we do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under 13. Beyond COPPA’s federal floor, our internal policy extends that protection to all minors under 18: we do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information — including name, email, phone, address, photo, voice, video, geolocation, IP address, persistent identifiers, payment data, or any other identifier — from anyone under 18.
Facebook Community · Adults 18+ Only. Our Facebook group, page, and any related social-media communities operated under the CashQuest Kids or FlexLifeFI names are for parents, legal guardians, teachers, and other adults aged 18 or older. Children and minors may not join, follow, comment, post, message, or otherwise participate in these communities. Parents who wish to share content with their child must do so offline, in person, and under their own supervision.
Parents Must Enroll and Authorize All Transactions. Every membership, subscription, paid download, one-time purchase, donation, gift, upgrade, renewal, refund, cancellation, or change of payment method on the Sites must be initiated and expressly authorized by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, using that adult’s own payment instrument and contact information. A child or minor may never enter payment information, submit billing details, click a purchase button, accept recurring charges, or otherwise commit funds.
Parental Supervision Required. CashQuest Kids content is designed to be experienced together — parent and child, teacher and student, guardian and learner. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising all online activity of their children and minors, including the use of any video, worksheet, mini-course, game, downloadable resource, member portal, or linked third-party site. We strongly recommend that an adult be present whenever a child views videos, completes worksheets, plays games, or interacts with any digital component.
Account Self-Certification. When you create an account, subscribe to our email list, purchase a membership, or download a resource, you affirmatively certify that (1) you are at least 18 years old, (2) you are the parent or legal guardian of any child who will use the content, (3) the email address, name, payment method, and any other personal information you provide belong to you and not to a child, and (4) you authorize the transaction on behalf of your household. We treat this self-certification as written parental consent for household use of the content by a child under your supervision. We do not market to children, profile children for advertising, or share children’s information with third parties.
Right to Review, Correct, and Delete. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to the Sites in violation of this policy, or if you wish to review, correct, or delete any information associated with your household account, contact us at the email address published in our site footer or Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and within the timeframes mandated by COPPA, the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (K.S.A. Chapter 50), and any other applicable federal or state law.
State & Federal Compliance. The Sites operate from Kansas and comply with COPPA, the FTC COPPA Rule (16 CFR Part 312), the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (K.S.A. Chapter 50), and the children’s-data and consumer-privacy laws of every U.S. state where our visitors reside — including California (CCPA/CPRA and the California Age-Appropriate Design Code Act), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), and Florida (FDBR). Where any state law provides greater protection for minors than this policy, the stricter standard controls. We do not engage in targeted or behavioral advertising directed at children or minors and do not sell personal information.
